1. Introduction

By purchasing from Eliora Orli, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please read carefully, as these terms establish the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

2. Bespoke and Made to Order Policy

Each item from Eliora Orli is custom-made and crafted based on your specific instructions. This bespoke process results in unique pieces that may exhibit slight variations in colour, finish, or materials, which are natural for handcrafted items and do not constitute faults.

3. Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Cancellation Rights

Exemption from Cancellation Rights: Under the 2013 regulations, custom-made, personalised, and bespoke items are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. Therefore, Eliora Orli does not offer cancellation, returns, or exchanges on bespoke orders once production begins.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 14 days at eorli@outlook.com. Include details and photographs, where possible, to facilitate our assessment. If an item is confirmed faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or partial refund, in line with UK law. Contact us for the appropriate return address.

4. Ordering and Payment

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with full details. Please review this carefully, as bespoke orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production starts.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Prices include VAT, where applicable.

5.Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, covering packaging, handling, and delivery within the UK.

Estimated Delivery Times: We provide estimated delivery timeframes upon order confirmation. Unforeseen delays in production or delivery may occasionally occur.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at eorli@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Delivery Confirmation: Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
